Load-balanced mode on the client port

What MongoDB does
A mongos answers load-balanced mode only on its loadBalancerPort.
What TeselaDB does
hello with loadBalanced: true adds serviceId on the client port of any node.
What your application has to do
Nothing. A driver in load-balanced mode works against any node without opening another port.
